Gwendolyn Jane Designs was started about 3 years ago.

Gwen retired early from an Information Technology career in 2012 to be the primary care-giver for her elderly parents in ID.  After attending a 2-day embroidery workshop in 2014, she decided that since she’s been sewing since kindergarten, it may be a good time to start an embroidery/monogramming/sewing/bag making business of items to sell at craft fairs. 

Gwen had the use of her mothers sewing machine while in ID.  She concentrated on making items requiring sewing skills while in ID and embroidery items while at home in NC and selling these items to friends and at craft fairs in ID & NC. 

Today Gwen resides in Franklin County, NC where she operates her custom embroidery and monogramming business as well as making useful items for her clients.  She specializes in helping clients provide a personalized unique solution to gift giving, whether it be a handmade gift or an item embroidered with their logo or monogram.  Her niche is providing quality embroidery on bags, shirts, or hats for the small business, organization, or team.  Her minimum order is 1.             Our products are individually constructed using high quality materials. Attention to detail and quality are observed carefully. While products are similar in look and feel, each one is hand constructed and therefore unique.  This ensures each product is crafted to not only last, but to look great as well.
